While the tv wall mount received was not exactly what I ordered and was of lower standard; when I called I was told the product was a replacement to the advertised product I saw on the web site.  Still they gave me a refund ( same day ) and told me to keep what I received.  Friendly and responsive…. Can’t beat that.
