This is a sturdy, well-made mount. It came with clear instructions and all necessary hardware. The hex wrench included in the package was an unexpected bonus. Mr. Jeansonne promptly answered my questions by email, and my order arrived surprisingly fast. I'm grateful for the all-around good experience with Wall Mount World.

I sent a few emails asking questions about the different mounts based on the TV I have and the placement in my home.  The team was prompt to reply and helpful.  I will say the website did have a warning about mounting on Concrete walls which scared me but I was told that it's a concern for all mounts and that since I was having my contractor install it would not be a problem as they understand how to properly anchor to a wall.

Straight forward assembly and mounting directions that took about an hour to complete.  I love the fact that I was able to place the mount next to a corner (tight space) and offset the mount about 5 inches to make sure the TV was centered properly.

great experience. Local dealer didn't have access to the 31 1/2" extension that would turn 90 degrees each way. Jerry answered the phone down in LA.  He's the guy in the video. He checked my LG model number to be sure about bolt pattern-said it was ok-3 days later it was on my doorstep-no shipping. It is just what I was looking for.

Ordered the mount on Tuesday, arrived on Thursday.  Easy to install with good directions!  Mount extends 36" and easily holds my 55" TV.  I'm very happy!

I had a very unique situation wanting to be able to swing my TV into the dinning room, so I called and Jerry talked through things with me, created a mock up with measurements and sent me pictures. He went out of his way to make sure it would work, and he said if it didn't fit to just return it to him.
Well, it worked and I love it!!!
