I ordered a wall mount adaptor for an old omni mount...Wall Mount World was the only place who had it.  It arrived quickly but it would not fit... after I called and spoke with the owner of Wall Mount World (i believe) realized that omni mount advised me incorrectly.  Wall Mount World on the other hand advised me of the correct parts and even texted pictures to me of the correct mount and offered to send me the new..."correct" mount.  It worked great....it was totally unexpected that they would send me an new one..wasn't my fault but it certainly was not Wall Mount's either.  Super Super Service!!!

Recently purchased a 55 inch TV and found that my current Omnimount was too small (100 x 100).  I found this adapter on Wall Mount World and order it.  It worked just perfectly.  Bracket fitted exactly to the old mount and I was able to get the new TV with a 400 x 400 to mount correctly.  Could bot ask for any more.  It work just as advertised.

When the adapter plates I originally ordered were discontinued/unavailable, I got an email the same day from someone in customer service offering me not only another option, but a better one and at the same price as the first ones. Will look to Wall Mount World again for any special mount needs I have.
