Motorized Ceiling Mount Overview

Custom made outdoor Motorized 90 degree flip down TV ceiling mount fits most 75" displays. The mount when lowered also allows 180 degree swivel. The travel of 36" downward can be programed to stop at a shorter range as needed. With limited ceiling space or in a high-rise condo, transforming any space with a home theater system is simple with a flip-down style ceiling bracket. This unit require a little over 11 inches of space above the ceiling and are well hidden when the TV lift is retracted into ceiling.

Installation Note:
1. Space required above ceiling for mount and TV stored in up position:11.0"
2. The bracket does not come with any cabinet enclosure or lid.
3. Keep all moving parts concealed from dust debris and other foreign objects that could damage electrical and moving parts.
4. Do not allow children or anyone to hang from mechanism when lowered or during any movement. Keep away from pinch points
